It's a small small world...
This past week we learned that my dear friend Julie Gibbons and her husband Dan have been called as Mission Presidents of the Arkansas, Little Rock Mission starting in July, when Pres. and Sister Drewes are released. Julie and I spent 6 years together in the Stake Young Women's Presidency (and also grew up in the same ward), and President Gibbons was my parents bishop as well as living across the street. We are amazed and excited!!! It is a very small world.

It is really a small world. Elder Boice's dad and Dan Gibbons were friends growing up! Lane always thought that Dan was a GREAT kid.
ReplyDeleteSomething happened when Elder Boice sent his letter today and it came empty! I did get a couple of pictures, but I was so sad to not hear from him today. I was glad to read what Elder Nelson had to say.
